short-sale,卖家抵押给银行的,操作流程时间比较长。
地方大而无章,格局奇怪,芳龄老。
All schools are good, nice neighborhood, location is not as convenient as downtown Redmond or Bellevue, it is short-sale, which means seller couldn't make mortgage payment anymore, because of losing job or other reasons, if we write an offer on this, it will take about 3-6 months to get response from bank, in short-sale transaction, bank has power to control the whole process, neither buyer or seller. As bank has so many cases going on, it takes long time to go through the process. At the same time, seller doesn't have money anymore, bank loses money as well, buyer has to repair every problems which are identified from inspection. Normally, short-sale or bank-owned property will be 10% below market value because of those above reasons.
